With swampy coastal areas fringed with mangrove forests and a mountainous interior, much of the terrain was virtually impassable and unexplored. Borneo Island is one of the rare places on the Earth where the air is filled with a vibe of adventure, while the lush-green rainforests shelter the unique species of flora and fauna waiting to be explored. Day1
Arrival at Sandakan
Upon arrival at Sandakan Airport, you will be greeted by our team and transferred to the accommodation in Sepilok. Gather for lunch in the noon with tour briefing by our team of guides. Late evening will enter Rainforest Discovery Center for a night walk, observing and photographing the rare nocturnal wildlife of Bornean rainforests. Overnight at Sepilok Nature Lodge (L-D).

Day2
Sepilok
After early breakfast proceed to visit Sepilok Orangutan Rehabilitation Centre to observe the great apes, and later to Rainforest Discovery Centre for full day birding. Will visit lodge in the noon for lunch and back to RDC for birding and wrapping up with yet another night trail for nocturnal wildlife and head back to the lodge for dinner. Overnight at Sepilok Nature Lodge (B-L-D).

Day3
Tabin Wildlife Reserve
Check-out after breakfast and proceed to Tabin Wildlife Reserve. Once we reach Tabin check-in and proceed for lunch. Explore the vicinity of the resort and be pleasantly surprised by the abundance of bird life. After dinner, enjoy a slide presentation on Tabun’s natural wonders, followed by a trip to look out for nocturnal wildlife. Remember to look up at the clear, dark sky of Tabin, identify the constellations above you and make a wish or two.Overnight at Tabin Wildlife Resort (B-L-D).

Day4
Tabin Wildlife Reserve
After an early breakfast, depart for the active Lipad mud volcano. The soccer field-sized Lipad Mud Volcano serves as a mineral salt lick for wildlife. After trekking through the rainforest for 20 minutes, arrive at the elevated bare area of the mud volcano which is frequented by wildlife. In the evening, join the dusk drive to look out for birds coming out to look for food during this time of the day. After dinner, go for a night walk to discover more nocturnal wildlife species in the nearby trails.Overnight at Tabin Wildlife Resort (B-L-D).

Day5
Kinabatangan
After breakfast, will check-out from Tabin and drive towards Kinabatangan jetty and transfer to lodge in boat. After check-in have lunch and rest till, we proceed for river cruise in search of wildlife that is so prevalent in the area and a good chance to see proboscis monkeys, orangutans, pygmy elephants, hornbills and other species of birds and other wildlife.Overnight at Bilit Adventure Lodge (B-L-D).

Day6
Kinabatangan
Catchup for a hot cup of coffee early in the morning and proceed to river cruise in search of elusive and beautiful Hornbills of Borneo. Once back from river cruise have breakfast and proceed for jungle walk. Afternoon will gather for lunch and evening will do yet another river cruise followed by dinner and a night trail in nearby jungle trails.Overnight at Bilit Adventure Lodge (B-L-D).

Day7
Sandakan
Will start our morning with a last river cruise to add more species to checklist. Come back for breakfast and check-out. On the way to Sandakan will visit Labuk Bay Proboscis Monkey sanctuary. Check-in at hotel and rest. Evening will head out to the local market for shopping.Overnight at Sandakan Hotel (B-L-D).

Day8
Departure
Bidding farewell to Borneo, check-out after breakfast and drive to Sandakan Airport to fly back home with loads of great memories.

A 100% advance payment is required at the time of booking. Indian nationals must present any one of the following government-recognized identity cards: Aadhaar, PAN card, driver's license, OCI, passport, voter ID, government employee ID, or school/college ID.

Cancellations
- If cancellation is communicated 10 days (or less) before departure OR No Show - No Refund.
- If cancellation is communicated 11 to 20 days before departure - 20% of tour cost will be refunded.
- If cancellation is communicated 21 to 30 days before departure - 30% of tour cost will be refunded.
- If cancellation is communicated 31 to 60 days before departure - 50% of tour cost will be refunded.
