Masai Mara Great Migration Photo Tour

With an area of 1510 km² the Maasai Mara is not the largest game park in Kenya, but it is probably the most famous. The entire area of the park is nestled within the enormous Great Rift Valley that extends from the Mediterranean Sea to South Africa. The terrain of the reserve is primarily open grassland, with seasonal riverlets. In the south-east region are clumps of the distinctive acacia tree. The western border is the Esoit Oloololo Escarpment of the Rift Valley, and wildlife tends to be most concentrated here, as the swampy ground means that access to water is always good and tourist disruption is minimal. The plains between the Mara River and the Esoit Oloololo Escarpment are probably the best area for game viewing, in particular regarding lion and cheetah. As in the Serengeti, the wildebeest are the dominant inhabitant of the Masai Mara, and their numbers are estimated in the millions. Overview

Day1
Arrival at Nairobi-Masai Mara Nature Reserve
Pick from JKIA Airport or your Nairobi hotel in the morning around 8am and drive to Masai Mara through the scenic the Great Rift Valley viewpoint. Reaching intime for lunch and check in. Spend the evening at leisure, enjoying the lodge facilities.
All eals and overnight at the Camp.

Day2,3 & 4
Masai Mara Nature Reserve
After an early breakfast, set out with a packed lunch for a full-day game drive across the vast savannahs of Masai Mara in search of the Big Five and more, enjoying a picnic lunch at a scenic spot before continuing the adventure into the late afternoon.

Masaai Mara Game Reserve- JKIA Airport
After breakfast, drive to Nairobi and transfer to JKIA Airport for your departure flight back home.

- To book this package, original passport with minimum 6 months validity from the date of tour arrival along with sufficient blank pages for the stamping of visa.
- A valid Tourist Visa for the duration of the tour.
- Taxes applied are based on prevailing rates. Any upward fluctuation / changes will be charged accordingly.
- All services including accommodation are subject to availability. In the event of unavailability of quoted services & accommodation, we reserve the right to offer alternatives in the same category.
Booking Procedures
A 100% advance payment is required at the time of booking. Indian nationals must present any one of the following government-recognized identity cards: Aadhaar, PAN card, driver's license, OCI, passport, voter ID, government employee ID, or school/college ID.
For non Indian nationals, only Passport is allowed. IDs should be emailed to safari@sunrichsafaris.com or, alternatively, sent on WhatsApp at +91 98330 11113/16.
Cancellations
- If cancellation is communicated 10 days (or less) before departure OR No Show - No Refund.
- If cancellation is communicated 11 to 20 days before departure - 20% of tour cost will be refunded.
- If cancellation is communicated 21 to 30 days before departure - 30% of tour cost will be refunded.
- If cancellation is communicated 31 to 60 days before departure - 50% of tour cost will be refunded.
