Note  

•   To book a safari package, we will require full name of each traveler who will take the safaris, Proof of Identity (Aadhar Card, Passport, etc.) which is     mandatory.
•   Please note that Safaris, once booked and confirmed cannot be Cancelled or Amended and are 100% non-refundable.
•   Taxes applied are based on prevailing rates. Any upward fluctuation / changes will be charged accordingly.
•   All services including accommodation are subject to availability. In the event of unavailability of quoted services & accommodation, we reserve the       right to offer alternatives in the same category.

Booking Procedures

A 100% advance payment is required at the time of booking. Indian nationals must present any one of the following government-recognized identity cards: Aadhaar, PAN card, driver's license, OCI, passport, voter ID, government employee ID, or school/college ID.

For non Indian nationals, only Passport is allowed. IDs should be emailed to safari@sunrichsafaris.com or, alternatively, sent on WhatsApp at +91 98330 11113/16.

Cancellations

•   If cancellation is communicated 10 days (or less) before departure OR No Show - No Refund.
•   If cancellation is communicated 11 to 20 days before departure - 20% of tour cost will be refunded.
•   If cancellation is communicated 21 to 30 days before departure - 30% of tour cost will be refunded.
•   If cancellation is communicated 31 to 60 days before departure - 50% of tour cost will be refunded.
